2. The sterilization process water is preheated in the upper tank, and the lower tank can be quickly filled during sterilization (<3min), the product heats up quickly, and the output is increased;
3. Patented water-steam mixer heating, high steam utilization rate and low noise;
4. The newly designed liquid flow switching device uses the continuous switching circulation flow of sterilizing water, down, left and right, without dead corners, and the heat distribution in the sterilization stage is controlled at ±0.5℃;
5. Equipped with a negative pressure safety device to avoid manual misoperation and form negative pressure to ensure the safety of the equipment;
6. The whole process adopts PLC automatic control, and the formula has a multi-level password to prevent the possibility of misoperation;
7. The kettle can be driven by a chain, which is convenient for in and out of the basket and saves manpower;
8. Equipped with triple safety interlocks to prevent misoperation by workers and avoid accidents;

1. The hot water tank is heated before the shift to reach the set process temperature;
2. Put the product into the sterilization kettle and close the kettle door;
3. Turn on the balance device, the sterilization process water in the hot water tank is pumped into the sterilization kettle through the water pump, and reaches the set level of the process, and the balance device is closed;
4. Use the circulating pump to circulate the sterilization process water in the kettle, the steam is injected through the water-steam mixer, and enters the cycle to heat up to the sterilization temperature set by the process;
5. After reaching the sterilization temperature, the circulating pump is always on;
6. In the sterilization stage, when the temperature fluctuates, the steam volume is controlled by the automatic valve to achieve stable temperature control;
7. After the sterilization phase is over, stop injecting steam into the kettle;
8. Turn on the balance device, the sterilization process water in the sterilization kettle is pumped back to the hot water tank through the water pump, and stored for the next sterilization use;
9. Close the balance device, and inject cooling water into the sterilization kettle through the cold water pump to cool the water and products in the kettle.
