1. The horizontal continuous sterilization production line is a self-developed high-efficiency sterilization equipment, which fully complies with the FDA requirements of the GMP standard, and can realize the continuous and efficient work of the entire sterilization system.
2. The equipment is mainly composed of a cage loading and unloading machine, a cage transfer machine, a hydraulic lift, and a sterilization kettle (conveying device in the kettle, automatic door opening device), etc.
3. The filled product enters the cage filling machine through the conveyor line, and the product is automatically and orderly layered and placed into the cage basket, and the full basket product is automatically sent to the sterilization kettle through the cage basket conveyor line for sterilization.
4. The sterilized products are transported from the cage conveyor line to the cage unloading machine to automatically take the products out of the cage in an orderly manner, and then automatically sent to the post-packaging equipment through the conveyor line for testing and packaging.
