  • 1. The cold air exhausting method is divided into hot water exhausting type and steam exhausting type.
    2. Hot water drain type
    (1) The sterilization kettle needs to be equipped with a hot water tank;
    (2) Put the product into the sterilization kettle, close the kettle door, and inject hot water from the hot water tank into the sterilization kettle through the water pump;
    (3) Hot water enters the sterilization kettle from the bottom of the sterilization kettle and fills the entire sterilization kettle;
    (4) Inject steam into the sterilization kettle from the top of the sterilization kettle to press the hot water back into the hot water tank;
    (5) Stop steam injection from the top and change to steam from the bottom of the kettle;
    (6) Entering the heating stage, use a membrane valve to control the amount of steam entering the sterilization kettle to reach the set sterilization temperature;
    (7) In the sterilization stage, the temperature and pressure in the kettle can be accurately controlled through automatic valves;
    (8) Cooling water is injected into the sterilization kettle through a cold water pump to realize the cooling of the products in the kettle;.
    3. Steam emptying type

    (4) During the sterilization stage, the temperature and pressure in the kettle can be accurately controlled through automatic valves;
    (5) Cooling water is injected into the sterilization kettle through a cold water pump to cool the water and products in the kettle.
