    R&D purpose:
    1. Compared with the traditional steam sterilization kettle, the steam-air hybrid sterilization kettle does not need to remove the cold air in the pot during the sterilization process, which saves energy;
    2. Compared with the traditional steam sterilization kettle, the steam-air hybrid sterilization kettle can break the corresponding law of temperature and pressure under saturated steam, and realize the flexible pressure control under the steam sterilization process.
    Features:
    1. There is no need for steam cooling. Compressed air can be injected into the kettle. The unique turbo fan rotates to break the air cooling mass, and the steam and air mixture is forced to circulate in the kettle without cold spots. The heat distribution in the sterilization stage is controlled at ±0.5℃ ;
    2. The ventilation turbine fan forces the steam-air mixture from one end to the other end of the kettle to adsorb to all products, avoiding the problem of turbulence in the ventilation system and saving steam by more than 15%;
    3. The driving backlight is designed according to the principle of aerodynamics. The steam sucked from its starting point can control the flow direction and accelerate the heat transfer to the product center for heating and cooling;
    4. The control of pressure and temperature is more free, and back pressure cooling can be carried out;
    5. It can be applied to all kinds of packaged snack foods, meat products, beverages and all high-temperature sterilization products;
    6. Equipped with negative pressure safety device to avoid manual misoperation and form negative pressure to ensure the safety of the equipment;
    7. After the equipment is restored from a power failure, the program can automatically restore to the state before the power failure to reduce losses;
    8. Equipped with triple safety interlock to prevent misoperation of workers and avoid accidents;
    9. It adopts double safety valve and double pressure sensor control to eliminate potential safety hazards.

    3. When most of the air in the kettle is removed and the temperature reaches over 100 degrees, close the exhaust valve;
    4. Control the membrane valve to enter steam and turn on the fan to heat up and sterilize;
    5. When the sterilization is over, it enters the micro-cooling and full-cooling stage, and the fan is on in the micro-cooling stage;
    6. Enter the full cooling stage, cool down to the temperature required by the process, and turn off the fan.
