    2. A small amount of sterilization process water quickly circulates heating, sterilization, and cooling, without exhaust before heating, low noise and save steam energy;
    3. One-key operation, when the product enters the sterilization kettle and closes the kettle door, press the sterilization button to complete the entire sterilization process;
    4. The whole process adopts PLC automatic control, and the formula is equipped with multi-level passwords, which eliminates the possibility of misoperation;
    5. With chain drive in the kettle, it is convenient to enter and exit the basket and save manpower;
    6. The condensed water on one side of the heat exchanger can be recycled to save water and energy;
    7. Equipped with triple safety interlock to prevent misoperation of workers and avoid accidents;
    8. It adopts double safety valve and double pressure sensor control to eliminate potential safety hazards;
    9. After the equipment is restored from power failure, the program can automatically restore to the state before the power failure to reduce losses;

  • 1. Put the product into the sterilization kettle and close the kettle door;
    2. According to the requirements of product filling temperature, inject the sterilization process water of the set temperature from the hot water tank into the sterilization kettle to reach the liquid level set by the process;
    3. Use the circulating pump to circulate the sterilization process water in the kettle through the side of the heat exchanger to spray the sterilization process water in the kettle;
    4. Steam is injected into the other side of the heat exchanger, and the sterilization process water is circulated and heated to the sterilization temperature set by the process;
    5. In the sterilization stage, the circulating pump is always on. When the temperature fluctuates, the steam volume is controlled through the membrane valve to achieve a relatively stable temperature;
    6. After the sterilization phase is over, stop injecting steam into the other side of the heat exchanger;
    7. Open the cold water valve and inject cooling water into the other side of the heat exchanger to realize the sterilization process water and product cooling in the kettle;
    8. The sterilization methods are divided into: top shower type, side spray type, and full spray type.
