Performance characteristics

2. After the sterilization, the sterilization process water can be recycled to the upper tank for storage and insulation, saving water resources and steam heat energy, and reducing production costs;
3. Patented water-steam mixer heating, high steam utilization rate and low noise;
4. The newly designed liquid flow switching device uses the sterilization process to continuously switch cyclic flow on the water, down, left and right, without dead corners, and the heat distribution in the sterilization stage is controlled at ±0.5°C;
5. Equipped with negative pressure safety device to avoid manual misoperation and form negative pressure to ensure the safety of the equipment;
6. The whole process adopts PLC automatic control, and the formula is equipped with multi-level passwords, which eliminates the possibility of misoperation;
7. The chain drive in the kettle can be selected, which is convenient to enter and exit the basket and save manpower;
8. Equipped with triple safety interlock to prevent misoperation of workers and avoid accidents;

1. The hot water tank is heated before the shift to reach the set temperature of the process;
2. Put the product into the sterilization kettle and close the kettle door;
3. Turn on the balance device, and the sterilization process water in the hot water tank is pumped into the sterilization kettle through a water pump, and reaches the set level of the process;
4. Use the circulating pump to circulate the sterilization process water in the kettle, the steam is injected through the water-steam mixer, and enters the cycle to heat up to the sterilization temperature set by the process;
5. In the sterilization stage, the circulating pump is always on. When the temperature fluctuates, the steam volume is controlled by the valve switch to achieve a relatively stable temperature;
6. After the sterilization phase is over, stop injecting steam into the kettle;
7. The sterilization process water is pumped back to the hot water tank through a water pump, and stored for the next sterilization use, and the balance device is closed;
8. Inject cooling water into the sterilization kettle through a cold water pump to cool the product in the kettle.
